The problem is rarely the work
Established providers usually deliver good work. What is harder is delivering it identically across 40 clients, and proving it at renewal.
Standardise the four repeatable artefacts
Almost every education service reduces to the same four things.
- An assessment or audit
- An action plan with owners on both sides
- Evidence that the work was done
- A recurring report the client actually reads
Make renewal a non-event
If a client can see the work delivered, the actions closed and the evidence retained, renewal conversations stop being persuasion and start being review.
Commercial honesty
Opportunities to help further should come from evidenced findings and be reviewed by a person before any client contact. Automated pressure damages trust faster than it grows revenue.
